League Information


Teams comprised of players born 1999-2009 are eligible to play. Only teams determined to play a high level of futsal or a high level of outdoor football will be admitted.


Qualified teams will be placed in appropriate divisions, with the possibility of multiple divisions per age group. 


Schedules can be accessed on HTG Sports or via the iSports2 app.

Season dates: Dec. 3, 10, 17, 31. Jan. 7, 21, 28. Feb. 4. Doubleheaders will be scheduled for some dates.

All games will include two 24-minute halves, running time, for full-length 48-minute games.   


Games will be scheduled for facilities nearest to each home  team, with likely half games at home facilities. Away games may take place at any other facility and are likely to include doubleheaders.

Teams are invited to provide their own facilities, which must meet qualifying criteria based on evaluation by league personnel.

Anticipated league facilities: The Mill Works (Westford, Mass.), SportsZone (Derry, N.H.), Fessenden School (Newton, Mass.), University Sports Complex (Hanover, Mass.), Belmont Hill School (Belmont, Mass.) others as needed.


The Regional Premier League follows the FIFA Futsal Laws of the Game. It will utilize only U.S. Soccer certified futsal referees and only top officials selected by local and regional assignors. Two referees will be assigned whenever possible. 

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board consists of one representative from each participating club or organization with five or more teams entered. The goal of the board is to help render decisions that impact the growth and success of the league. 

Competition Committee

The Competition Committee consists of the Technical Director, two Executive Board members and four Advisory Board members. It is responsible for ensuring the competitive standards and balance of the league.  

Fees and Discounts

The general team fee is $875. Take advantage of early registration discounts and enroll your team by Oct. 4 for a savings of $50! Organizations entering five or more teams may do so at a cost of $800 per team. Multiple team discount only applies when registered by Nov. 4. Regular registration closes for all teams Nov. 4, though a late/wait list may be utilized.

Each player will be required to pay $10.50 insurance fee at the time of being added to the team roster.
